1-2-1 CONSULTATION

When you join the programme you will get a 1-2-1 consultation either in person or video call that will allow us to discuss your goals and how I can help you reach them. We will talk about your life, pain points, aims both within and outside the gym, as well as starting to set goals for you to smash!

We will then agree a plan of action moving forward and arrange our first session! Setting SMART goals, booking the first sessions, building the programme, and assessing your starting parameters.

ASSESSMENTS

  • Week 1 Physical assessments - Biometric analysis, Mobility assessment, Fitness testing, Strength testing, Circumference measurements. All based around your goal.

  • Monthly Check-ins - To measure progress of the programme and it's affects in relation to your goal.

  • To keep you motivated throughout your journey.

  • To select the correct exercises, intensities, progressions and focus of the programme.

BESPOKE PROGRAMME DESIGN

  • A 12 week programme accessible on your own phone to follow either in the gym or at home. (Updated weekly)

  • Exercise selection, Set and rep selection, rest times, and splits based on your unique goals and training split.

  • Continual adaptation of the programme to better suit your needs based off progress. We don't change something that's working unless to avoid boredom.

  • Load management, to ensure you are challenging the muscles and body well enough in order to see progress.

1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

  • 1-2-1 Personal training sessions suited to your needs. An option of 1, 2, and 3 sessions per week.

  • Form checks, to ensure you're lifting safely, efficiently, and hitting the target muscles.

  • Exercise coaching, to educate you on why we choose specific exercises and how they impact your goals.

  • Intensity management, so that you see progress without overtraining and hitting plateaus.

  • Motivation during sessions, so when you're not feeling it we still hit the targets.

  • To implement the session plans correctly, make sure you enjoy the exercises,  and that you aren't skipping vital components.

  • A chance for you to ask questions, whether that be about the workout, your nutrition, or information you have seen online.

  • To give feedback to me, so that I can progress or regress the exercise selection where appropriate to get the best bang for your buck.

NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT

  • Calorie Calculations, based around your goals.

  • Food Journal advice in order to measure progress.

  • Education on healthy eating habits, such as tackling myths.

  • Understand the unique tastes and preferences of everyone whilst not labelling food as good or bad in order to sustain a healthy relationship.

 

  • Macronutrient targets based on your goals.

  • Weekly check-ins to see how the out of gym work is going.

  • Accountability to implement changes, so that you can keep on track even when it's tough!

AROUND THE CLOCK SUPPORT

  • Support in the gym, with nutrition, or with your plan.

  • We will agree on a preferred method of communication: Messages or E-mail.

  • You will then be able to communicate with me at any time of day regarding any queries, problems or advice.

  • I will reply ASAP, depending on my own time availability. I will aim to reply within 12 hours unless on non-working days.

Repeated billing every month until cancelled by client. Where sessions are not available alternative arrangements MAY be possible. In the event of cancellation of session 1 credit will be lost if not notified within 24 hours of session.
